Booking
A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of the agreed payment or deposit and written confirmation from the owner.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: from 4:00 PM
Check-out: before 11:00 AM
Any request for early check-in or late check-out must be approved in advance by the owner.
Occupancy
The accommodation is reserved exclusively for the number of guests specified at the time of booking. Any additional guest must be declared and approved by the owner.
Respect for the Property
Guests agree to use the accommodation responsibly and to respect the neighborhood. Parties, excessive noise, and inappropriate behavior are strictly prohibited.
Non-Smoking Property
All accommodations are non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
Pets
Pets are allowed only with the owner's prior approval.
Housekeeping
The accommodation must be left in a reasonably clean condition upon departure. Additional cleaning fees may be charged if necessary.
Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Any loss, damage, or breakage of equipment or furnishings may be charged accordingly.
Security Deposit
A security deposit is required upon arrival. It will be refunded after inspection of the accommodation, provided no damage is found.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: refund according to the booking conditions.
Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total stay amount will be retained.
Cancellation less than 15 days before arrival: the full amount of the stay remains due, except in cases of documented force majeure.
Liability
The owner shall not be held liable for the loss, theft, or damage of guests' personal belongings during their stay.
Wellness Services
Arhomeplus offers wellness services (reflexology, wellness massage, and Bol d'Air Jacquier® sessions) by appointment. These services are not medical treatments and do not replace professional medical advice or care.
