Hello, I'm Nicole Barbier, a wellness practitioner. After a career change, I founded Arhomeplus in 2019: a place dedicated to relaxation, where I offer personalised treatments and wellness stays that combine a gîte with treatments.
I practise reflexology and Édonis® massage, and every treatment begins with a Bol d'air Jacquier® session, free of charge. Arhomeplus is the only place in Autun and the Morvan where you can stay in a gîte and enjoy real treatments on site.
I welcome adults, athletes and people with reduced mobility, at my practice or at home.

RÉFLEXOLOGIE
Through gentle pressure on the reflex zones of the feet, hands or face, reflexology invites body and mind to relax. A moment to release tension, ease stress and find a sense of calm.
I practise foot, hand and facial reflexology (Dien Chan).
60-minute session: €60. Every session begins with a Bol d'air Jacquier® session, free of charge.
Reflexology is covered by many French health insurance top-up plans (mutuelles), depending on your contract. An invoice is available on request after each session.

MASSAGE BIEN-ETRE EDONIS
Édonis® massage combines several massage techniques from around the world (Ayurvedic, Chinese, Balinese, Korean and Californian). Enveloping movements with essential oils, for deep relaxation of body and mind.
- 60 min: €70
- 90 min: €90
- Signature treatment, 90 min (Édonis® massage and reflexology): €90
Every treatment begins with a Bol d'air Jacquier® session, free of charge.

A few minutes of breathing with the Bol d'air Jacquier®: a simple moment to settle, breathe fully and recharge before your treatment.
Free at the start of every treatment. Session on its own (without a treatment): €5.
Precautions: not suitable for children under 3 or for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
